“The rides I took were very good. However I was not at all pleased with the ride I had to cancel because of flight delays/issues. I expected to receive at least a 40-50%credit but received nothing.”

“From the moment we made the reservation I received text messages about my upcoming ride.. My driver arrived ahead of time, he was very courteous and polite, the car was clean and extremely comfortable, there was water and hand sanitizers available for me.... we arrived in plenty of time for my flight ... I would highly recommend this service and I will be using them again !”

“I am still trying to get a refund after they didn’t reply to my repeated attempts to find out when they were picking me up. They had the flight time as my pick up time, never replied, and showed up anyway after u canceled and are charging me for the pick up. Horrible customer service. Will never use them again.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Andrea, our private driver in Sicily. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. He made us feel completely comfortable and safe on the road, even through narrow streets and busy city areas. His knowledge of the region was impressive—he shared great local insights, recommended good stops, and made the entire day feel effortless. “Had a bad experience at JFK when I booked a ride for 2327 on 11/7 and the reservation system put it at 0027 on 11/8 because of the change from daylight savings to standard time. The driver and I were unable to message each other because the system said no reservation number was available, since the system had put it on the wrong day.”

“I was looking for an alternative to taking an Uber and I’m really glad I found Blacklane after doing a search online. My driver Ali was great!! He was courteous and professional, and also communicative and right on time for my pick-up. I love that you have the route information at your fingertips after downloading the app, any way to make me feel at peace and safe is another point in the win column. I had a wonderful and most importantly a safe first experience with Blacklane and will be using them again in the future. The only thing is when I tried leaving a review for my driver, there were some technical difficulties where I couldn’t submit but that is an easy web/app fix I’m sure. I highly recommend Blacklane to anyone!”
