“We love to use Blacklane. They are always reliable, the cars are clean and the drivers courteous. I would however mention that the drivers drove a little fast (well over the speed limits) during our last 2 rides. This has never been an issue previously. Not sure whether it is driver specific or due to extra scheduling pressures?”

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Blacklane is reliable, always keeping me and the executives updated on the status of the booking. From booking the trip to receiving confirmation details, chauffeur information, and sending receipts for paid trips, Blacklane consistently exceeds expectations. Even making changes to reservations is easy! Unfortunately, there are some areas my executives travel where Blacklane doesn't have service, so I have to go elsewhere. I highly recommend Blacklane!”

“I was deceived into thinking the app only offered luxury cars, since the only option listed was “Mercedes-Benz EQS or similar.” To my surprise, a GMC Yukon showed up—an older model that looked more like a shared ride than anything premium. It was honestly one of the biggest disappointments of the year.”

“I use Blacklane for my boss's trips both here in the US and in Europe and haven't had an issue yet. Pickups are always on time and communication is great. The one time I couldn't get a Blacklane car in an area they don't serve put me into a panic! I really appreciate their prompt, thorough service.”
