“Nothing to be said. No apology for the poor flowers at an expensive price for what was received. It takes over a week to get a reply as quoted without any remorse. Disgusting.”

“Loved how easy web site was loved how quickly the flowers were delivered the only downside is I didn’t see what the flowers looked like no idea if represented what I ordered so unsure of presentation These were for an elderly family member who lives in a care home it was her 90th birthday she has no way of knowing what I ordered and cannot take a photo to show me Would be great to link this in as an uploaded photo of the flowers with the receipt??? Just a thought”

“Ordered the flowers mid week before valentines day, flowers to be delivered to my partner. My partner recieves a text that evening to confirm delivery to her on valentines day, not much of a surprise. You need to sort out your delivery proceedure”
