“The flowers were beautiful, but I was very disappointed with the quantity. I had ordered a large bouquet, but the display was very small. I usually use M&S or John Lewis whose range at £70 was significantly more impressive. Lovely flowers, but for size of the bouquet I would have expected to pay £35/40 and not the £70 I paid. Sorry :(”

“Delivery not possible on day of ordering as Kilmarnock is classed as rural. Flowers delivered on the Monday which was ok but would have preferred Same Day delivery. Flowers very good quality.”

“Flowers delivered at 10pm on Valentines to the concierge without telling me or my girlfriend. So she didn’t have her flowers on Valentines, terrible service.”

Hi Maxime, Thank you for your review. I have looked at our couriers records, and they have marked this bouquet as delivered at 09:34am on 14th Feb. I do apologise if the concierge did not make the recipient aware they had a delivery that day. We did also leave clear notes for the delivery driver, as you requested when you placed your order. “The flowers looked beautiful on delivery on the Saturday, roses open, Irises closed. By the Monday, the roses had dropped and the irises never opened, they were dry and papery. My mother was disappointed but never told me as she didn’t want to upset me. Very expensive for a very poor product”

“I ordered these for a friend. I had a courtesy call to say two of the colours of flowers in the bunch I chose were unavailable and would I accept a change to the flowers. I said yes, of course. The flowers were received by my friend and were delivered in a timely manner. I personally didn't think they were quite as nice as the photo of the original bouquet, but still ok and she loved them, which is the main thing!”
