“I ordered flowers at 09.40am and paid £8 for same day delivery. It clearly states on their web page that if you order before 11am flowers will be delivered that day, however, the flowers weren’t delivered until the next day. Really disappointing.”

Dear Denise Thank you so much for this feedback. We offer same day delivery for flowers ordered up to 1pm. This is the first time we hear about your issue. We weren't informed that the delivery wasn't done on the same day otherwise we would have acted promptly. “Delivery was prompt but for the price the amount of flowers was a disgrace. I will not use them again. Nearly £50 for a hand full of flowers. You should be ashamed.”
