“Having used many online flower delivery companies, I shall only be using BloomLocal going forward. Their customer service has been exceptional. An error was made by the florist on the recipients delivery address but this was rectified very quickly by BloomLocal, responding to my emails very promptly and ensuring the flowers arrived on time. I was sent a picture from the recipient of the bouquet which looked absolutely beautiful. Well done BloomLocal - first class service and big thank you to Roy who assisted me X”

“I ordered flowers for a friend in hospital in London. I’m in New Zealand so the time difference can be tricky and my friend had gone home before the flowers arrived. You delivered to her home without me having to do anything. Great customer service and beautiful flowers. Kia ora.”

“I placed an order on 25th February. My order never arrived, i never received an email or a phone call explaining why my order didn't arrive. 6 Days later i have still had no contact from them, they still have my money and there telephone number doesn't call through!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!”
