“The same day delivery was fantastic but I was disappointed that the flowers received really weren't the same as what was offered - I don't feel like I got my money's worth”

“Pros: essay to order and arrived in time. Price not exorbitant. Cons The flowers weren’t the freshest and after a day they are looking pretty rough. Having said the price wasn’t exorbitant I’d have expected a better state in arrival”

“Delivery came on time but I have to say I got sent a photo of the bunch of sunshine flowers I had sent to my daughter and was really disappointed as they were nothing like what the photo on the website looked like. There weee only three orange flowers and the rest was all green foliage. I won’t buy from your again 😊🌸”

“I was lied too and told my order was delivered and my order was not delivered, very disappointing! I asked for a refund and I was given back £34.99..I would like the rest of my money back please , thank you”

“I asked for an actual picture of the bouquet to be sent to me - but it wasn't - not a big ask you’d think - I won’t be using this service again or recommending it. Please don’t text me back with hollow apologies and excuses”
