“They did not deliver my flowers to my aunt on her 70th birthday due to an internal error. I did get a nice email apologises, offering a refund and a complementary bouquet. But the moment has goen for ever and in a business like flower delivery, timing is everthing.”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for a friend's birthday and it was delivered directly to her. I.e. I haven't seen it, but she said the flowers are beautiful and was very happy happy with the chocolates too. Delivery happened as was promised so I'm very happy with my order in total.”

“Awful - The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and nobody has returned my emails to rectify this. The flowers have still not been received. I expect a refund.”
