The worst experience I've ever had! will NEVER order from you again! Disgusting! I ordered some flowers and chocolates for my friend, costing a total of almost £80 for the flowers to turn up looking like they were half dead off cuts thrown into a bunch, no flower food, nothing to keep them healthy, and they were dead essentially the day they arrived! I have attached images to show the half dead, browning, wilting flowers that were apparently "Fresh". Not to mention the chocolates were never delivered/stolen. I emailed them multiple times about the awful state of the flowers and the missing chocolates over the past 2 weeks and noone has bothered to reply to me to even apologise! I will never recommend this awful company, and i will do my best to make sure anyone i know never buys from them. They don't care AT ALL about their customers, and just take money and give Terrible products. I would recommend funky pigeon, Or even amazon sellers of flowers, as i have had positive experiences with them in the past, but this company is the worst floral supplier i have ever come across and i beg you as the customer to take my advice and just shop elsewhere, you'll save money, and get much MUCH better service!

The flowers did not arrive in time for my daughters birthday even though the website guarantees same day delivery if ordered before 1pm. and she was not contacted when they were delivered.

Don't get me wrong the flowers were lovely, however the reason for them was to remember a lovely lady called Lily. I ordered due to the 8 lilies on the photograph of your flowers, but the delivered flowers only had 2 lily buds. But the recipient was very happy with them so that's all that matters.

The flowers were on time and looked really good. They were for my sisters 50th so needed to be having a certain wow factor, she was very happy indeed.

Possibly the worst retailer ever. Paid £53 no flowers delivered for a special occasion. Then told a refund would take 10 working days for no service. No offer of compensation or an apology. Do not use them ever shocking

I ordered flowers for a funeral. The only comment I have was you sent an email to say it was delivered on the day after I requested it. BUT I check with the supplier who had spoken to the funeral people who asked it to be delivered then, so that was great. So perhaps a short summary in the delivery confirmation to the client - to explain if the delivery is changed for such reasons. They were very proactive to check - so thank you.

I ordered flowers from BloomLocal because I live in the US. The flowers were for my Aunt’s birthday. The flowers were lovely and I was grateful I could have them delivered in a vase.
