“Flowers delivered as stated in the messages. I have to say these are some of the best flowers I have bought for my mother. Even now they are in full bloom and look just like on the picture. So so happy with them. Will definitely use again as well as letting other people know.”

“No complaints. Flowers ordered in the afternoon and delivered next morning. Received an email confirmation of the order and text messages tracking delivery. I didnt see the flowers but were told they were lovely.”

“Called minutes after placing order to request a small change / particular colour and they couldn't put me through to the florist or take my request. Very disappointing - should've just called a local florist who could put the flowers together on request and probably for cheaper too..”

“I received flowers from my son for Mothers Day. The blooms were expertly packaged and were absolutley beautiful. They retained their beauty and freshness throughout the following week and after 8 days still had some to enjoy. Well done. !!”

“My sister from NZ organised flowers to be sent at considerable cost £40 this is what they look like after 2 days? I don't have the heart to tell her!! Appalled at the state of them!”

“appalling company! claimed that my florist had accepted an order and failed to deliver, passed my details to their customer and blamed me for not delivering. They had taken the customer's money and failed to deliver. I have no relationship nor account with Bloom Local at all!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a delivery for today and was rung at 10am saying they couldn’t deliver so did I want a refund. I specifically wanted the delivery today and am now too late. Extremely poor service. I now have to reorder for a late delivery. I will not use them again.”
