“Im very disappointed with Bloom Local. I went for this company because they offer a same day delivery. Unfortunately they wrote me a email saying that they can’t deliver the flowers today. So I spend 10-15£ more for a very poor service. The flower arrived one day later and not in time. I wouldn’t go with local bloom next time.”

“Overpriced! Ordered a £50 worth of flowers and when the recipient posted a photo of her bouquet they looked like something you would pick up in Tesco for £10 - £20.”

“The flowers were if a good quality but I was extremely disappointed at not being allowed an early morning delivery before 10am. This should have been made known before paying. Had I have known I would not have used this company. This is typical of so many delivery services these days. Tricked!!!!”

“Outstanding Customer Service! My initial review with 1star is below but I must say Olivia from bloom customer services contacted me to apologise for my experience. I was offered a refund and they also arranged for a new bunch of flowers to be delivered, which were lovely. Thank you Olivia and team. The flowers were £55 contained 4 roses even tho I paid an additional £15 for the “large” bouquet. All flowers were dead and in the recycling within 7 days!”
