“I ordered some lovely sunflowers to be delivered to my daughter. I was a little apprehensive after reading some mixed reviews but I needn’t have worried. They were better than expected as some of the flowers were yet to bloom so plenty of lifespan, she said the wrapping was so pretty too & they were delivered on time as requested. It made her day during a stressful time! Thank you so much 😊”

“You delivered flowers to my friend that had to be thrown straight into the bin. I contacted you when my fiends daughter sent me the photo of what was delivered to her mother. The flowers were in a discussing condition, I notified you immediately I received the photo, and you said you would send me a refund which you have not done to date. I expect you to refund me immediately I trusted you to do so but you have failed”

“Absolutely shocked and disheartened with quality and quantity of flowers supplied for the cost of £42 excluding delivery , received nothing more or better that what I could have purchased from a local Petrol station or supermarket for approx £8 to £10. Won’t purchase flowers through this process again, absolutely not value for money.”
