“Straightforward service through the website. The website was misleading though... it says something along the lines of "hand tied and hand delivered ... by our network of local florists etc" ... I chose Bloom local because I wanted my friend to receive them the old fashioned way ie, a local florist handing over flowers with a smile. In reality, they were packed in a box, couriered by dpd and the box placed on the doormat by a courier (who knows how polite etc he/she was)... so not what I thought I was buying.”
