“Our delivery was left by DPD over the gate. I contacted The florets explained what happened, they dispatched a beautiful bouquet and an apology note. They responded very quickly, made up for DPD’s error. The flowers were lovely. I would. Certainly use this florist again. Thank you. Mrs Brock”

“Great customer service: I forgot to write a message when I ordered the flowers and when I emailed BloomLocal about it, they added the message for me. Also, I requested a last-minute change of delivery address, which was smoothly accommodated. Not every firm goes this extra mile!”

“My wife received her flowers whilst in Sevilla in Spain. They were ordered by my daughter in Brighton, England. They arrived promptly on her birthday and were absolutely gorgeous. Well done Bloom Local.”

“Dear BloomLocal I was disappointed that some of the flowers (particularly the roses) were already going over when they arrived. (your delivery was very prompt- thank you). However I did send an email to you on the day of delivery expressing my less than happy opinion of the quality of the bouquet. I was extremely unhappy that this was totally ignored and I have heard nothing from you until you ask me for feedback. I am extremely unlikely to ever use your servivces again.”
