We also apologize about the missing confirmation email: this was caused by a website and email system issue from a few days ago that we have since fixed. “A large bouquet of flowers costing £65 you would expect to be well large? The flowers did not even fill the display box and rolled from side to side. Filled with lillies and not much else. I won't be using you again”

“I think the advertising is very misleading. Hand delivered by local florist…. Yodel?? I thought I was choosing something from a florist local to my mother in law. Won’t be using again.”

Hello there, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are so sorry that your BloomLocal experience did not match your expectations. We do work closely with a network of local florists and small independent businesses. Most of our partners hand-deliver the flowers themselves, although a few florists (depending on the volume of orders they have to handle) use a courier service to ensure that orders are delivered in a timely manner.
