“On 18th June, I purchased £50 of flowers, this was not acknowledged. thinking I made a mistake, not once but a further two times, without acknowledgment, I left it at that!...... then you "billed" me for £150 for flowers delivered! Very disappointed with the service on this occasion!”

“Thanks BloomLocal for helping to send the flowers to my friend so quickly. A small feedback, perhaps to include a confirmation email upon payment and when their flowers have been delivered so that the customer knows that their purchase have gone through and have been received at the designated address..”
