Flowers were awful. Not worth the £57 I paid at all. Could have got better at Asda for a tenner.

I am very dissatisfied with the flowers that were delivered. They were for a 60th birthday so I wanted something special. They don’t resemble the flowers I ordered and certainly don’t look like £46 worth of flowers. I appreciate that It may be that the flowers aren’t identical to the picture but the ones delivered aren’t even nice and it looks like they have been bulked up with green rather than white as the flowers I ordered are described.

I put the staff to test,with a delivery that couldn’t be made Unknown to me my recipient was hospitalised. The delivery person realised something was wrong,& with phone messages between Jane at HQ.& myself bouquet was postponed until recipient return home.My thanks to Jane,& deliverest for their thoughtfulness

While I investigate with the florist and ask them for delivery details, please note that our local florists deliver from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday. Our partner courier can deliver between 8.00 am-7.00 pm. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to offer time requests with our deliveries as delivery times depend on the volume of orders our partner florists may have. Am so very happy with the ease of ordering and the quality… and quantity!! .. of the bouquet!! Thank you soo much!! In the pics below all flowers were delivered but we didn’t have large enough vases!!

Ordered Vibrant Ventura flowers late at night for next day delivery - arrived at 10am in great condition. 1 week later and the flowers are still blooming. Bit expensive but would still recommend.

I got an email explaining the bouquet couldn’t be exact to the one I chose - which is fine. However when I saw a picture of the bunch that arrived there were no where near the same amount of flowers as the original picture. I thought the flowers were a lot of money for what was delivered.
