Flowers were delivered to wrong address with no delivery name so neighbour didn’t know who they were for.

I’ve used Bloomlocal a couple of times now to send flowers to friends & family at short notice in different locations. On each occasion, the quality of the bouquets has been SUPERB and really consistent with what’s advertised on the website. They’ve also delivered on the same day before 4pm on each occasion I’ve used them. I will definitely continue using their service and would highly recommend them for all your emergency flower needs!

I paid to have flowers sent to a family member and haven't received a notification of their arrival. How do I know you haven't just taken my extortionate amount of money and not delivered?

We just wanted to let you know that order notifications usually depend on the local florist — some use couriers but others don’t because they hand-deliver the flowers themselves. We are so sorry if this was not made clear in our communications with you. In any case, we also looked into your order. We can see that the address provided was incorrect. The florist, however, was able to deliver your flowers without issues after speaking with the recipient's neighbor and finding the correct address. The form was easy to fill in. I received a receipt by email straight away. The flowers were delivered as requested and I received an email confirming the delivery. My daughter-in-law was delighted with the bouquet.

First time I ordered from them, I received beautiful flowers same day as advertised. The second time I ordered from them, I received the email to say they were delivered, however no flowers in sight!!

Flowers arrived in very poor condition. Roses already dead after two days. Brought for my wife’s 50th birthday and she is so disappointed. These were not cheap and for the money paid I expected a lot more!!

Do not trust this company, they state they can deliver same day (Friday) so I process an order. I get called later in the day to say they can’t now and will deliver Monday! No good to me so I ask for a refund which I’m told takes 10 days!! Absolute scammers, do not trust. Flowers cost £50, now have to spend another &50 until reimbursed! Unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

Full disclosure, a groups of us forgot a friends birthday…so we ordered a bouquet for same day delivery around 12.30pm hoping it would arrive before the end of the day…. It arrived WITHIN 1 HOUR of placing the order!!! Amazing! Thank you!!!

The flowers that were ordered did not arrive for my sisters birthday, after several emails, received apologies and new flowers were sent to my sister almost a week late. Better late than never, she did like the bouquet when it arrived.

Amazing service with quick delivery times and a straight forward purchase I ordered at 1pm and my flowers were delivered by 3pm the same day! Will definitely be using this company again :)

Ordered flowers 21 June to be delivered for a 70th Birthday on July 4th. The flowers still have not been delivered and I have received no response whatsoever from bloomlocal after several emails!!

I placed an order a week ago for delivery today (6 July) for my step-daughter’s graduation. The flowers (£50 worth) never arrived!! Not even a phone call to say there was a problem. Bitterly disappointed. A once in a lifetime occasion ruined.
