Ordered same day delivery to be advised local suppliers were fully booked and offered next day delivery instead. Once accepted, I was then emailed to be advised they had made a typo and they could not deliver due to suppliers being closed on a Sunday (fair enough). Confirmed delivery for the Monday. Monday (today) at 3pm I receive an email to be advised they once again can't deliver the flowers as some are closed and others are too far to deliver from the recipients address. I'm then told the refund will take 5-10 working days. These flowers were to be sent to a family member following a cancer diagnosis and surgery this week. Unfortunately, I cannot afford another £60 bouquet from elsewhere until their refund goes in and the recipient will then be in hospital. First time I have used and will be the last.

The recipient tells me that the arrangement was beautiful, with unusual greenery and very fresh looking flowers. She was delighted with them. The delivery day was as requested, and was without any issues. I would use BloomLocal again, without hesitation. It was perfect for use for me as I live outside UK, website was easy to use, and offered 3rd party financial transaction services which is reassuring when ordering online. All in all, a perfect service.

The flowers i ordered were never delivered! I have requested a refund and the flower order cancelled . I will Never order from this firm again! Disgusted J.

We looked into your order in our system and upon checking, the transaction was flagged as potentially fraudulent. We did respond to the request of the cardholder (who does not live in the UK) to cancel the order. Ordered flowers to be delivered. Email received to state delivery date but no contact details on the email from Bloomlocal. I searched website and emailed them. No reply. Then had to call 5 times before call was answered- lots of background noise and music during the call from their end so difficult to hear . Flowers were never delivered. Company were apologetic. Offered refund and 50 off next order. Will await refund.

Top notch service! My wife was in London for a business trip and I wanted to surprise her. I was a little weary about the process of getting roses delivered considering that I currently reside in Las Vegas. After a few emails, Joyce reassured me that everything would run smoothly, and it did. I am beyond impressed and my wife was in total shock while crying tears of joy.

Living in Australia it's hard to trust what florists to use for my elderly mum in uk, especialy with alot of companies using letterbox flowers. I've had a lot of dissapointments. I wanted an arrangement of pretty flowers to greet my mum a the door, not a box. I used BloomLocal for the first time and will definitely be using them in future. Mum received a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I paid extra for the larger size and it was well worth it. Mum was over the moon. Thank you BloomLocal

Service was excellent from start to finish, ordering was easy. The flowers arrived within hours of ordering them. Would recommend them to anybody who wants to order flowers to send to love ones

The flowers were delivered on time, and looked okay. I was disappointed that it didn't appear much like the picture in terms of colours. And having paid for the deluxe, I was surprised how small the arrangement was that my mother-in-law received. So, overall, speedy service, and she was pleased. But it wasn't what I expected.

I needed flowers on very short notice, and found BloomLocal after doing a quick web search, I was not disappointed. I was very impressed by the service, the flowers I ordered were not only beautiful, but were also delivered on the same day, which was perfect. I will definitely be using them again in the future, and would highly recommend.

Ordered letterbox flowers for my daughter's birthday. Received an email the day before delivery was due to say that her area (in that remote location, Hyde Park, Leeds!) wasn't covered and order had been cancelled. Very apologetic and have promised a full refund but that doesn't compensate for the disappointment. They say there are warnings on the website about this but I can't find them. Would not recommend.

Ordered flowers 17/06/22 , paid for same day delivery along with £55 bouquet. Colleague returned to work today 27/06/22 following a bereavement. I asked if he'd received the flowers from ourselves he said no. Looked through his ring door bell following an email stating delivery had been received. Nothing, over a week later no flowers. Appalling, tired calling line disconnects even though i was caller 1 in the que. Emails do not get answered, not impressed with service at all. Also embarrassed for my colleague. Fortunately i screen printed my order page as no email was sent as confirmation either!
