“Very prompt service. Unfortunately the product was slightly damaged though not such as to justify returning it but when I mentioned to the company I was offered a £10.00 discount which I accepted.”

“Fantastic service, we rang wanting some advice and a lovely lady answered the phone and went out of her way to help us. When we ordered the ladders I gave a time to collect them and they were waiting for us. A lovely gentleman helped me by putting them into the car for me. Very organised and extremely helpful”

“A company I'll happily recommend to others. Prompt and courteous communication regarding my order. For the ladder I was looking at other websites seemed to have out of date and inaccurate information. Browns was correct and the pricing was good. If you have a query you can easily get a response. Very happy with my ladder too. Does exactly what I wanted it to and I feel secure on it.”
