“I ordered from Build and Plumb as they were the most reasonably priced for the products I wanted. Once I’d paid for the goods an email was received and it advised that the goods would be delivered in 48 hours. They were duly received all in good order. The customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“My order was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, driver didn’t bother to look for my house, eventually got the order on the Friday. 1 of 3 items was missing! Called them twice and each time they promised to deliver the item on the next day,Saturday. It never arrived until Tuesday”

“Good price and web experience-kept updated. Would have been 5 stars if the next day delivery was honoured but as it only cost £4.95 and the overall cost was still competitive, and I got the goods the day after and still in time for my build I can't be arsed moaning”
