“First order for next day delivery, failed to arrive - hadn't been scanned by courier so no tracking available - phoned to raise a query, they never called back with the results - eventually phoned them and got a replacement item sent for next day delivery but wasn't given a new tracking number and once again, never arrived! Called for an update again only to be told the order was awaiting stock before dispatch - expected next week. 10 days in for a next day delivery and nothing to show - irritating though they are mix ups and delays happen, I know that, but a simple email or call to let me know would have saved hours of frustration waiting for a package that wasn't even on it's way! The prices look good, the products look good but customer experience was very poor - on the plus side, the delivery cost was refunded quickly”

“Competitively priced & good service. Unfortunately one of the two manhole covers I ordered had been picked wrong, probably due to it having a very similar model number. The problem was immediately resolved by sending out the correct item.”
