“Very happy with product and very quick delivery”

“Ordered a product that I needed for a job and use these because it had the option for next day delivery. Parcel didn’t turn up no contact, this held the job up and cost money with job having to be rescheduled. The response I got was “ it’s nothing to do with us it’s the delivery firm” ……. Very helpful turned up 4 days later”

“Really impressed with the ease of making my purchase and the way that everything was handled. Slight concern that my consignment was less securely packed than one would expect, BUT the good news is that Royal Mail rescued the situation and repacked my consignment and really went out of their way to double check that everything was there. So I am hoping that Build and Plumb will react and learn and if they do I would happily give them the 5th star”

“Received order within 2 days so excellent. Perhaps parcel should have had some internal padding as box had taken a bit of a battering and tin dented but thankfully ok.”

“Bought decking oil which was a very good price, 2nd order of same product. Bought 4 5ltr tins and all have been slightly dented but not detrimental to their use. Delivery was excellent, 2 days earlier than promised and was easy to track. Recommended”
