“Ordered an item that they told me was dispatched but never arrived in over 2 weeks. Said they would send another one that day..another week still noth8ng. Was then told they were out of stock.....then 4 weeks later still nothing..saw the item online advertised as in stock. Has to get creative finding phone numbers to speak to someone higher up to get it resolved. Ordered item on the 7th March and it was delivered on the 11th April.”

“I have been looking for this gravel for ages, as I can’t get out to pick up the item I needed it to be delivered but the price for delivery was extortionate. Luckily had the product at a reasonable price and delivery was extremely affordable. Excellent service all round.”

“Paid for next day delivery add to contact company 3 days later still not recieved. Recieved a card from royal mail saying postage not paid cost me another £7 arrived 9 days after ordering”

“Initially item was out of stock, used the 'notify me when in stock' option but didn't think I would hear as have used on other sites but I did and ordered item. Very quick delivery and good communication re updates on status. Would use again.”
