“Ordered work wear, took 2 months to get delivered, no communication on the companies side, I phoned 4 times to chase up, made promises that it would be here within a couple of days, 4th attempt they reordered again and promised delivery fee back and a discount..... never received... and now I keep getting pestered for a review so here it is...never again!”

“Used Build and Plumb for first time. Ordered 2 items. Received next working day but one item was incorrect, not what I ordered. Phoned them and they sent correct item for next day delivery, plus email with paid return lable to send incorrect item back.”
