“The towel rail radiator was delivered on time. Very competitive prices. I was worried when the Item arrived as there was a large hole in the box but fortunately the product escaped damage. I feel this was down to miss handling by the transport company as the shipping company had clearly marked up the box as fragile.”

“A very fair price for a product that I use every year. Delivery was prompt and the product was carefully packed I wish that the delivery driver had knocked on my door although I realise this isn’t the fault of Build and Plumb”

“I paid for next day delivery and from order it took 4 days to be delivered which in my opinion is not next day. The product that I ordered perfectly suited the job it was intended for, its just a shame that the delivery was late.”
