The only problem is I had to return two rugs because the fit just wasn’t right. I’ve had Caribu rugs before and have never had a problem with the fit. But this was my first Caribu rug for a mini pony. I’m not sure the fit of these rugs is great for mini ponies. The rug that fit my mini pony lengthways was way too long in the front - almost going down to his hooves. The heavy front closure system at the chest also seemed to weigh the front of the rug down further. This closure system is great for bigger rugs on normal sized horses. But on a miniature rug it’s too much heavy hardware for the size of the rug.”
“My order was lost, I was not notified by either Australia post or Caribu. After many attemps to locaate my parcel I was told by AP that my purchase was damaged very badly! I then had to contact Caribu to let them know.....they said they would replace the order & post it Express that day....well that didnt happen! After many more phone calls to Caribu they finally posted it 3 days later. All this over three weeks ! Not happy Jan! Finally my parcel arrived.”
