“Quick turnaround for very customisable mats. In my case there was an issue with the fit as I've got a brand new model of car but this was dealt with immediately and efficiently.”

“Easy to order on site. Delivery was quick and well within given timescale of delivery suggested at order. Tracking of mats was easy and current live position of driver in my area allowed me greater confidence. Most importantly, all of that aside, product is excellent, exactly as ordered, and very well cut to van floor area shape. Double thumbs up from me...”

“Car mats UK - Excellent quality product and customer service. Highly recommend I ordered a Skoda Karoq boot liner and when it was delivered it didn't fit, turns out there are two different boot layouts for different karoq models!! Amy on customer services was excellent, she investigated the issue and they got hold of my model karoq to make a new pattern within days. She kept me informed and was so helpful, lovely lady. The new liner fits perfectly & I'm so happy with it. Definitely would recommend them.”

“Very good service and Amy was outstanding on costumer support. For some reason the website had a bug but she was able to assist and sort it. When asked for an update on the delivery I was given a tracking code to follow the delivery van. The Mats I have ordered fit my car as expected and seem to be off good quality. The boot liner is slightly overcut to fit the boot of the car, and therefore leaves a 1cm gap on the side which I would prefer not to have.”

“There were some delays initially over the Xmas period, but once I contacted Amy at customer service she made sure I was kept updated on delivery. The seat covers are good quality and fit really well. Great service snd great product.”
