“The service provided by you was excellent but as of yet we have still not received the mat. Yodel has yet to deliver the mat delivery slot was booked for the first of February between 15.50 and 17.50 did not bother to show up ,when checking the tracking it showed no access at 17.22 . We had two deliveries earlier that day one from DPD and one from Evri without any trouble have contacted Yodel twice and been told twice it would be delivered as of yet no show.”
