“Pleased with my car mats. Fit and look good, seems like good value. Only complaint is that the dispatch was a bit slow. Eventually received an email to say my order had been dispatched but given no idea of expected date of delivery. Arrived 2 days after dispatch which is their standard delivery time if you read their terms.”

“Great look on the matts only thing I could not put them in the car for 4 days due to the smell,had to leave them out side and washed them twice with no effect,may be due to the hot weather.a good fit and very robust.”

“Very good quality mats, delivered in good time. Only slight complaint is I was only supplied Velcro screws for the drivers side mat and not the passenger side, which yet he original mat had. Sent message, but no response.”

“The mats fit well apart from the driver's mat where the holes to clip them in place are sightly out, by about 5mm. This means it can only be clipped in place by one fastening. However the fit is otherwise good and the antislip backing keeps it in place.”

“A little bit more attention to detail with the online ordering would no doubt reduce the amount of negative reviews of this company. After having a will it arrive or not experience with my first order a few weeks ago where nothing happened until I got a dispatch email around ten days later I registered an account this time and the process was much better. Instant confirmation and the ability to check the order progress online was a much better experience which you would pretty much take for granted with an online retailer with any purchase. Can't fault the quality of the items I have purchased though.”

“The product look and feels lovely, I am just a little unsure how the velcro is going to work, as most of it had to stick to the carpet material, I think when I peel it off, it will all come off, not leaving 1 strip of velcro attached to the car.”

“Good quality product, shame about odour. Got rubber mats and I know rubber gives off initial stink. Got bmw boot liner and took day of airing in sun to get rid of smell. These floor mats been in sun for five days turning every few hours and are on ladder to allow ventilation. Tried soaking in white wine vinegar and soap, still stink. Hoping ala week more in sun will resolve the pong”

“Boot liner fits my Q5 very well,materials and manufacturing quality seem very good,the straps and buckle system that fits around the head rests could be better regarding the position of the buckle or possibly a Velcro system might be easier. Delivery time could of been better but overall so far I'm very pleased with my boot liner. Would recommend this company.”

“After unfortunately writing a poor review down to purely delays and poor communication I am pleased to say my car mats arrived and they are lovely. They feel great and fit perfectly and make my cabin look posh. So I felt I had to reflect it in a repeat review. I will definitely consider buying the rear mat for my van now , 🙂”

I'm sorry to hear of the issue, all our products are made to order so we do require manufacture time. Checking your order there has been a delay with the courier, however it is showing as delivered this morning @ 10.33am.. If this is not the case please do let us know.
