“I really want to be 100% positive with this review BUT reviews require honesty and therefore, this is my honest feedback... Communication felt like it was lacking. I don't think I missed an email but I can't recall any confirmation emails, progress emails (received/shipped/tracking) etc. Delivery time felt clear but I do believe this was also longer than detailed and meant this was delivered whilst I was away - leading to another problem. Ultimately this IS a QUALITY product and I am pleased with it... I just think the customer experience could be improved a little.”

“I ordered a boot liner. The product is amazing. The only issue, it took 20 days to receive it. But the customer service was nice and try to push the delivery.”

“Call maths arrived safely and look great. However, having to air them in the garage to reduce the smell of rubber before placing them in the car, hope this doesn’t take too long.”

“I love the fit and quality of my new car mats! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait a few weeks for them because they got inexplicable delayed but as soon as I chased it up the trimming of the mats got expedited and the were sent out with 24 hrs.”

“Very well made item, could do with a few tweaks tho Headrest straps a little too long meaning the clip sits in an odd position when assembled. Access to boot area pockets seem to comprimise the boot liners effectiveness whilst not really being necessary Otherwise it’s a nice quality item that’s very accurate on its fit”

“I purchased a set of mats for my Vauxhall Insignia VX-Line STi, embroidered with SRi lettering. When they arrived,I tried fitting them but the clips would not lock onto the pegs in the footwells. A very helpful lady (Amy) established that the wrong clips had been installed on the mats during manufacture, so she immediately dispatched the correct ones to me,which arrived less than 48 hours later. Apart from the minor inconvenience with the initial order, I'm extremely pleased with the product and the speedy and courteous customer service provided. Thanks again Amy.”

“The quality of the mat is good. No fitting instructions included. However if you have a space saver wheel configuration with the boot mat sitting lower the side panels are too short by about 5/6cm which is a big irritation. No option when ordering to state this configuration though you would have thought that the side panels would have been made longer as they would fit down the side of the boot mat if you were to have a full-size spare wheel. No one tends to have full-size spare now-days. Car Mats UK your thoughts and consideration in this matter would be appreciated. Chased company as delay in advice of dispatch who then informed me they had staff shortage and delay in production, so took longer than their website advised for delivery, would have been better if they had been proactive in advising delay.”

“There was an initial problem with stock but that was all sorted out and i was kept up to date with everything going on by Amy in customer services she is a credit to your company. I am pleased with the product ad service.”

“I did state that the car was a long wheelbase which makes the rear mats longer than normal but the ones I received were for the standard wheel base. In all other aspects I am happy with the product .”
