“It is not working in my printer. Message saying, cartridge not inserted properly, please re-insert. After 6 or 7 more attempts, the same message appears each time. It appears to me that this cartridge is incompatible with my printer.”

Hello Richard, Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry that the cartridge isn't working for you. Please could you contact me on customerservice@cartidgeworld.co.uk with a photo of the error message that is on the screen and your printer model and I can have a look for you. Can I just double check that you have removed the protective tape from the cartridge as otherwise it will not print. If we can't get it to work I will get a replacement shipped to you. “Bought a set of ink for HP8100 office jet, half the price of original ink but seem ok. Shame about DPD delivery but otherwise happy to use Cartridge World again.”

Hello, Thank you so much for your 5 star review, We are so happy to hear that you would use us again. In regards to the DPD delivery, I can only apologise if this wasn't to a high standard. Unfortunately we don't have control of the of the standards once it leaves our warehouse, however we know its frustrating when your order takes longer than expected. I see that you placed you order on Friday and it was with you the next working day, due to the bank holiday weekend. “In the past week had a problem fitting replacement cartridges to my newish printer, this was down to my own stupidity. I contacted CW and insisted the cartridges were the wrong ones. Amelia and Gavin were extremely patient with me, but agreed to refund the cost. However, I tried again to fit the cartridges and realised what I was doing wrong - the cartridges are fine. I apologised to CW. I have used their products on different printers and always found them excellent.”
