“As I a technophobe, I found the ordering of my products difficult to navigate as I found I could not edit my purchases. However, my daughter helped me to do the editing and the towels I purchased arrived very quickly. The quality of the towels are very good.”

“Arrived quickly, beautifully packaged. Duvet cover set looks very good quality. Lovely colour sheets. Just a bit disappointed that after the first wash, the platinum sheet did not feel as soft and I found it slightly scratchy. Have yet to try the gold.”

“I ordered a dressing gown as a Christmas Present. I checked the sizing and as the choices were only s/m or L/ex L I ordered the s/m. I was disappointed when it was opened on Christmas Day to find although the body was the correct size the arm length was really short therefore I had to return it. I must admit the length of the sleeves was on the sizing guide but I never thought I would need to check it. As a size 10/12 I would have thought small/medium would have long enough sleeves. The returns process is easy to follow, however I would have liked to exchange the item for a larger size but this is only for faulty items. I returned the item on Boxing day but had to follow up with Christy to chase my refund, which on chasing the refund came through 48 hours later. The initial order was speedy and the item was good quality, I would recommend buyers to check all measurements before ordering. I believe the sleeves on the small medium size are far too short and would only be ok for someone pretty small. I am 5ft 6inch, not particularly tall but the sleeves were 3/4 on me.”

“Great product, great price! Only downside is ding Evri as the carrier! Left in my doorstep in torrential rain for 3 days while we were away!!! Had to dry it over 3 days and thank goodness it wasn’t damaged or stolen!! Urgh!!!”
