“Only 4 stars because you were saved by my local Evri delivery driver, who always goes above and beyond. This time he found my parcel at the depot. He knows my name and address. You had put on a completely random letter soup of a postcode. Saved. Apart from that. All good.”

“I love Christy towels and bedding and have been buying for years. Real quality. I first purchased the Carnival zero twist range of towels 3 years ago and, athough very pleased with the thickness and fluffiness at first, I thought that they would get rougher with time. Not a bit of it. They are just as thick and fluffy as when first bought. I have recently bought some more in a different colour in the sale and they do feel a bit thinner I have to say. Thats why I've knocked off a star - the old chestnut of items produced specially for sale. Haven't given them their first wash yet though, so let's see....”

“The ordering and deliveries are always very good. The products are lovely, just wish there were some better colours in the Hygro range. Love the colours in Prism but they just feel a bit thin, would love them in 650gms. The bedding is lovely but I hate patterned duvet covers as you are stuck with that scheme and I find it very restricting.”

“Updating my recent experience/ report! 08.08.2023 After being contacted by Customer Service, they were understanding and offered me a 20% discount on the product. Which I excepted. It was promptly paid. My all over experience with Christy was good…………… Loved the crisp fresh look on advertising photo. At arrival, I washed and ironed it. Ironing was a bit tedious. When I first put it on the bed, it looked beautiful. It was wonderful to sleep in, as the material is very soft and light. Next morning, what a big disappointment, it looks very creased, the crispness was gone, which I did not expect from Christy Quality Bedlinen. If I could, I would return it! My previous pure cotton quilt cover set from House of Fraser, which is 10 years old, still looks fantastic. Expected the same from this expensive Christy Set!”

“Really very pleased with my new dressing gown, the blue colour is gorgeous, the quality of fabric feels excellent & super soft. I would have really liked it to have an internal tie to keep wrap over in place so added my own.”

“Received my order confirmation but it took a while for me to hear about the delivery. I think an email with delivery date should have been sent sooner. Did not mind that the delivery took the time it did, just wanted to hear that it was on it was being processed”

“Love Christy towels, lovely and thick and hold the moisture. Bought in a lovely purple shade and washed immediately as normal. They are definitely not as thick at 600g as my last purchase was 750g and I'm noticing the difference. Going to wash again hoping they'll fluff up more. On saying that they're still a good towel just not what I've got used to.”

“Four and a half stars. Good quality towels, and the delivery was also fast. I would have given 5 stars had the box not arrived damaged, but I suppose that's down to the delivery company. Overall I would recommend them.”
