“Items are lovely, sadly the delivery service you used brought my box very wet luckily the items were ok inside as they were in seperate boxes. All of our items from Christy have been great value.”

“A bit of a mix up about item being dispatched, but the Christy customer service team were extremely helpful. The organic duvet set and sheet are the best quality I have ever bought, feel absolutely amazing”

“The towels were great, these were purchased to replaced some previously bought from Christie several years ago and they did not disappoint. However the delivery box was not substantial enough. I bought six bath and two hand towels which were not heavy but the box was damaged and the top taped closure was open. I understand Christie is at the mercy of the courier but the packaging needs to be robust enough to survive.”

“The dressing gown was bought as an Xmas gift. The website was easy to navigate, the order arrived promptly, well packed. The quality of the garment won't be known until Boxing day.”

“Excellent but ....The nylon tags on the paper labels are too tight to the fabric. Damage is done to the thread of the towels in removing them”

“Great quality at sensible prices. They did make a bit of a mess of our order initially but were easy to contact and very efficient at sorting things out. If it hadn't been for this mix up, I would have given them 5 stars.”

“In all honesty I can only give this 4 stars for this as I purchased it for a gift. It was delivered swiftly and looks good but obviously I haven’t used it, I’m hoping the recipient will appreciate it!”

“the products are very good and the service also BUT you need to have a choice of delivery firms the you have is awful [ damage packing ] I am going to think long and hard before ordering from you again because of this”

“Despatched straightaway, colour purple as expected. Washed well. I put a white item into test colour fastness and no noticeable colour transfer, so excellent. The measurements should be more prominent on website -hand/bath/sheet is not accurate enough as too much variation in what this means.”

“I would not describe this transaction as an "experience". The service was prompt and efficient, i.e. just what I expected it to be. I have not used the towels yet but they look lovely. The colour is not as bright as I had hoped. (I realize it is not foolproof buying on line with regard to the exact shade. I took the towel I wanted to match to a Dunelm shop because I was told they stock Christie towels, however, the shop said "no, only on line".)”
