“The bedding smelt horrible when it arrived. I am not sure where it has been stored but it smelt terrible. Once washed it was fine”

“Nice towels but not quite the colour in the photos, mink is basically brown & they are slightly smaller than other brands of matching description (face, Bath etc.) But good quality & I bought them in the sale so not overly expensive, don't think I'd pay full price though”

“Great robes, the ties seem slightly short for the size of the robes. Sadly for Christy, they use Evri as a courier which mean the first order sat in the warehouse for a month, but Christy sent replacements without drama.”

“We were happy with the purchasing experience, but! We will not be buying Christy towels online again. We have/had Ralph Lauren bath sheets which have served us well over the past 10 years and still feel soft and are absorbent. If we had been in a shop I sure we would have passed by the Christy towels we have bought for the thicker fluffier versions. You live and learn”

“Speedy delivery and very well packaged. I haven't used any of the towels yet, just unpacked and washed them, but they appear to be soft and a reasonable thickness. I ordered 3 sets as 2 are gifts and the colours of each set are lovely.”

“This was purchased as a Christmas gift. The beautiful colour was as shown and my sister was delighted with it. As was a gift, I chose the boxed version, but was a shame it arrived with a tear in the box. Didn't effect the robe at all though.”
