“As always they make you feel at ease right down to a nice cup of tea or a glass of water (fancy bottles!).
The actual test for your eyes is very thorough and explained in detail which makes you feel a little but more relaxed. I now wait for my new spectacles with anticipation and 'glee'.”
“My first visit to an opticians - and received a very thorough check and test.
I had no idea of the cost of lenses and frames - so that was my biggest shock of the day.
Having no prior experience of what to expect - I have to go back for more testing - this time with pupils dilated, so no driving to / from the opticians on that day!
I think I need to speak to friends who wear glasses all the time to find out if my experience was any different to what they are accustomed to - I certainly believe I was thoroughly checked out. The front office staff were considerate, and welcoming.

There was no problem at all in me coming back after a week to say I was not seeing well and another eye test was organised and new lenses ordered. As soon as I put my new specs on, I knew right away they were fine. The customer care I received was second to none and never felt I was a nuisance.
