“I had a few issues with the prescription not being right. I have varifocal lenses and I knew at once they were not right. There was no problem at all in me coming back after a week to say I was not seeing well and another eye test was organised and new lenses ordered. As soon as I put my new specs on, I knew right away they were fine. The customer care I received was second to none and never felt I was a nuisance. Anthony was great and Susan could not have been any more welcoming. I feel the care I received was top class.”

“This is the third Visit for Check-up and Prescription change and as per previous visits we were met by happy smiling faces and offers of Coffee chocolate or soft drinks whilst our allotted slot was ready....
The fantastic lady who checked our eyes made the whole process comfortable and explained every facet of the process and explained the findings at the end so we could make the best decision that suited us both.
After that more fresh coffee whilst we chose our options for frames lenses etc and a good laugh as well with the Huge Selection of both Frames Colours ... No Hard Sell always pointed out all options with Financial options available.
I can honestly say that I wouldn't be comfortable going anywhere else for our optical needs.
