“The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you during the visit...just a pity that my distance glasses lens have gone wrong at the same place on each lens and it can't be explained what has happened to them, They will need to be replaced and they are only a few years old, Just a bit confused on why the coating is coming off.”

There was a great variety of glasses, offering something for everyone. The actual test for your eyes is very thorough and explained in detail which makes you feel a little but more relaxed. I now wait for my new spectacles with anticipation and 'glee'.”
“My first visit to an opticians - and received a very thorough check and test.
I had no idea of the cost of lenses and frames - so that was my biggest shock of the day.
Having no prior experience of what to expect - I have to go back for more testing - this time with pupils dilated, so no driving to / from the opticians on that day!
I think I need to speak to friends who wear glasses all the time to find out if my experience was any different to what they are accustomed to - I certainly believe I was thoroughly checked out. The front office staff were considerate, and welcoming.
