“Staff were welcoming when I arrived. I thought the optician Sarah was excellent. She made me feel relaxed, asked key questions and explained everything clearly. I would say it was by far the best eye examination I have had. I think it would have been better if I had been given the option to return at a different time to choose my frames. My eyes are very sensitive and although Sarah gave me weaker drops I struggled to see clearly & felt my concentration wasn’t good. The coffee was much appreciated. My preference is for simple styles and I felt the choice was very limited. When choosing the frames I wasn’t made aware of the price & had to ask for lens prices to be read to me. I felt the total cost was expensive as I usually have about 4 pairs in different locations. I would also have preferred to have someone with me to help me in my choice. I will be more prepared next time.”
