“Ordered the testing package in July to use in August, day after ordering prices dropped enormously... but okay! Than I had an e-mail the delivery at my home address of the kit would be two days before returning, so I've changed the date of delivery again, really strange, as the given date of return was filled in correctly. Did the test on day two, had the results 3days after. Now comes the worst part, second day was the 5th of august, so the date of the 8th day is automatically the 11th, that may be clear for everybody, right? Well, did my test, filled in the date in the system and guess what?? Couldn't confirm until the 12th of august, hahaha. As the result came back on the 14th I've had 11 days of quarantine..... Pretty useless I would say, waste of my £114.--”

Dear Katie I have checked your order and you had not registered your barcodes, which is why you did not receive the results. We include instructions to register the barcode in emails, on a sticker on the box, and in the instructions booklet included in the test kit. You must register the barcode in order for it to be associated to your email address to receive the results. If you still have the instructions booklet, the barcode is on the front page and we can register it for you now to retrieve the results. “Confirm testing replied quickly with a confimation of booking code enabling me to complete the passenger locator form. Following quick receipt of test kit on return to England I was able to send in sample and recieved a fast response from Confirm testing. Thank you.”

Dear Tim, I have checked the barcode on your order and it appears your sample never made it to the lab. Have you checked your Royal Mail tracking number to ensure that your sample was indeed delivered? Please send us an email with the tracking number so we can investigate this for you, but the reason you did not receive results is because we did not receive your sample.
