“Arrived in post ahead of when they were required. Posted in local "priority" postbox so no having to drive around looking for a dropbox. We had the results back within 24 hours as promised. Very efficient & good value for money service - would definitely use again”

“Abysmal. Only received day 2 kits for our family and nothing for day 8. Impossible to get hold of anyone to do anything about this. Paid for goods not provided. Simply a rip off. How on earth can a right minded government approve companies that act like this is, giving a licence to make money with no control or oversight?! Will be interested to see if this gets published.”

Dear Ian, I have checked your order and you only ordered Day 2 tests for Fully Vaccinated Amber Arrivals. You did not order nor pay for Day 8 tests, which is why you were not provided with these. “My experience as a return customer of Confirm (after the 1st time using was great) has been awful. I only gave 2 starts and not 1 because I did received my tests through post. That's all they got right. The results came like this: day 2 test came on day 5, day 5 test came on DAY 9, day 8 test came on day 12. I have called them multiple times and emailed trying to get a refund for the completely pointless day 5 test that I purchased, still haven't gotten anywhere with that. I am a freelancer that lost 2 days of work because of this. Do NOT recommend, they seem completely overwhelmed by the volumes of tests they are taking. I feel sorry for the most likely overworked staff (one of my result came via email at 3 AM).”

“I used confirm testing for my 2nd day testing, as I was already vaccinated and was exempted from the other tests usually required. Delivery of the kit, and results were prompt. Would highly recommend them.”

“Confirm Testing were helpful when the government rules changed after I had bought my test pack and needed to change it. After lots of back and forth (with one staff member not entirely up to date with the rule changes) I managed to get a full refund for the tests I no longer needed and was able to get my new tests sent out. They use the application Shop to track deliveries but don’t update the whereabouts of the package, which would have been helpful. Otherwise an efficient and good service.”

“Delivery was fine but processing was outrageously slow that I had exited quarantine by the time I got my result for 5 day release. Really WHAT is the POINT of all these poorly executed very expensive private tests. You and the government should be ashamed of yourselves. And what is the point of only asking about the delivery of the item rather than the processing time. That's just to make you look better than you are”
