“I did order for day 5and was coming in day 10 when guarantine was finish.So I lost 60£.😕”

“You never sent me my day 2 test on time. I only received it after 2 phone calls that lasted 2 hours. I never received my day 5 test to release result. I received my day 8 test result 4 days after I sent it off. In all the worst company I have ever dealt with. Don’t worry I have told as many people as I could possible never ever to use your company.”

“Tests have taken a month to dispatch and are now too late. Had to make alternative arrangements. The Operative with whom spoke on the phone lied to me on two separate occasions saying that DPD had tried to deliver them. They could not produce any evidence to support that. Only today 30 days after order did I receive a shipping notification that they have been dispatched. I am trying to get a refund which they are refusing and will unfortunately end with action by my credit card company or a court claim.”

“Ordered the test for my mum who came to visit. The tests arrived before her arrival. She had to change her flight dates and downgrade the number of tests, we are at the momeny waiting for her to go back to check if the money was refunded. The costumar service was great and all the changes were done in an efficient way.”

“Confirm Testing are easy to use, efficient and results are delivered within the time they specify. I have given the review 4 stars not 5 because although Confirm Testing were one of the cheaper companies I could find, they are still too expensive. The price of all testing needs to be much more affordable. Testing companies must be making a fortune out of Covid.”

Dear John, The Passenger Locator Form is format restricted and the number has to be copied exactly as supplied in our emails. A few of our customers sometimes erroneously input 1 instead of I (i), which will cause the PLF to reject it. We include language in our confirmation email to say that it is CONFI with the letter i in order to avoid this. The best way to avoid rejection is to copy/paste the reference number directly from the email. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing
