“I wouldn’t recommend if you want to do test to release. It took about 4 days for each of my test results to come back. Very disappointing.”

“The test 2 and 8 arrived on time. It took a bit longer to process mine. I got my results more than 48h later of reception in the lab. If you are working from home and/or you are not planning to go out for 12 days after arrival this is great testing center. However test day 5 never arrived (their error). I got the refund for it, but what annoyed me a lot was that I needed to call maybe 6 times, for someone to answer the customet service phone.”

“Our day 2 test results did not arrive until day 10 (posted on day 2) BUT the problem appears to have been with Royal Mail as it took four days for the completed test to be received at the lab. From receipt the results were received within 48 hours. I chased up the results by email and was happy with the customer service received.”

“Paid for 2 day 5 day and 8 day test, completed all three tests and sent the off. Only received the result from the 2 day test. The whole system is flawed..”

“Quick and efficient service. Had to buy a Day 2 Covid Testing kit which arrived within 2-3 days. After sending back the test, the results were with us in 2 days. The process was very well communicated throughout as well and the pricing was very reasonable.”

“We have used Confirm Testing twice recently. It's really simple, you get sent the test kit, which is very easy to use, you return your test sample by post and get the results by email a couple of days later. No hassle at all. Travelling in the Covid19 era is quite complicated, but these tests make the process a bit easier.”

“Confirm testing kept me informed of the delivery schedule for my day 2 test. They also provided results in the time frame promised. I sent our day 2 tests on a Wednesday morning. I received one result on the Friday and the other result early on Saturday morning. I wasn’t happy with the delivery company DPD, which is why this isn’t a 5* review. The tests were supposed to arrive on Monday 2nd Aug between 4pm-5pm. They didn’t arrive and I got an email to say they had tried to deliver and we were out. This was completely false. There were 5 people in the house at the time! I received an email to say the new delivery time was Tuesday 3rd August 9:30-10:30. Luckily another member of the household happened to glance out of the window at about 9:35 and saw the DPD driver sauntering away from the house after directly delivering a “sorry we missed you” message through the front door! We were able to catch him just before he drove off and so managed to finally take delivery of the tests in plenty of time to take them on Wednesday 4th.”
