“I have been a Console user and have procrastinated moving to Cloud . I did look at many other cloud systems, but i kept coming back to Console as the after sales help desk is first class. So 12 months ago, i took the leap, and Console Cloud has exceeded my expectation. Its so easy to use, and i have access 24/7. And they are continuing to add more and more features , to give us the users more time to do what we do! Highly recommend CONSOLE CLOUD! “After 17 years of working in Property Management in WA and using a few different programs, I have to say that I love using Console Cloud. I find it very easy to manoeuvre and I can save lots of information for future reference. The dashboard has great reminders and you can easily see what areas of your portfolio need attention on a daily basis. I am always amazed at the constant updates and improvements with program. It just keeps getting better!!”

“Console Cloud has been the best decision we have made this year. It has been so easy to get the hang of, even with the team working from home. The workflows have been a game changer specifically for me - goodbye paper files/checklists for lease renewals. Another huge plus has been the tenant inspection app for during this lock down period - a life saver. The best part about console is the ability to leave feedback and that you can see a real team of people going through this and making the requests happen. It is also exciting each quarter to see what new updates are coming. Very very happy with our decision.”

“Changing to Console Cloud from Gateway was the best investment can access it anywhere as long as there is internet which has saved us a few times when our desktop computer has crashed.”

“We made the swap to Console Cloud and could not be happier. The workflow systems and integrations with our other apps for inspections, documents etc makes "the new normal" so easy to manage. The auto messages, reminders and issuing of Inspection Entry Notices etc saves so much time and allows me to get ahead of my scheduled tasks.”

“Console cloud offers me a work/lifestyle balance. This cloud based program allows me to operate remotely, 24/7, which allows me to keeping things moving. They are an innovative program, implementing suggested changes made by property mangers. I find console cloud allows me to set and forget which we were never able to do in the past. I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore taking notes of things I forgot to do. Sleep easy with console cloud”

“Find it very easy to navigate and also to teach other people that are not computer literate. Would always highly recommend as it has made my life easier. I have been a PM for 25 years and the easiest system I have used.”

“Having migrated from console gateway (server based) console cloud is a breath of fresh air. Routine inspections are a breeze, form creation simple, and managing many tasks is now easy. The support is great and they act on feedback and constantly keep making improvements to make work even easier. Cant rate it highly enough!”

“I have been using Console for nearly 20 years, the support staff have always been helpful and provided the correct information to be able to rectify any issues I have had. The conversion to Cloud was a great experience and the updates are great additions to a user friendly system”

“Since switching to Console Cloud back in November 2019 and more recently with COVID-19, it has been a game changer for our office. Working from home was a breeze with Console Cloud. New features are always great but the tenant self-complete routines were really helpful and keeps our routines to a manageable level. I love the regular webinars showing all the new & upcoming developments. Actually there's so many new features, it's hard to keep up! The new multiple level arrears management is great and the changes to owner statements will be much easier for owners to read their statements. I highly recommend Console Cloud to any real estate agent considering switching or upgrading.”

“I have found the Cloud based software extremely easy to use, although when I do get stuck I'm on the phone to support! Answering times are pretty good & the knowledge of the staff also pretty good. The designers of the software also allow for feedback which is taken into consideration & considered for the upgrade of their product.”
