“Console cloud has made access to working on the go a breeze, in these modern times where you must "keep your finger on the pulse" you can almost work from anywhere with Console Cloud. Switching from Console Gateway has been seamless with Clouds online training platform.”

“Nothing is perfect but I think that console cloud is on the way to being there. The cloud team is always looking for ways to improve and simplify their systems to make Property Mangers lives easier. Well done guys and thanks for listening and taking on board with trying to do better and improving on a already good software program.”

“Console is easy to use, allows easy access to everything, allows contact with both tenants and owners with ease. I do wish there was a way to remove certain properties from the lease renewal page as some tenants are on periodical, some tenants are vacating and some properties we don't not manage anymore. Therefore I don't see any reason for them to be on the page.”

“After the massive decision to upgrade to Console Cloud we have experienced the most productive & positive experience. This week we celebrate 12 months on Cloud and our office has never run more efficiently. The biggest time saving processes that we have benefited from are rent arrears, maintenance and inspections. These areas have become streamlined and systematic due to console processes.”

“We have used Console cloud ever since it was first launched. I would recommend Console Cloud to anyone who has not yet moved to the cloud based system, or anyone frustrated with their current cloud service. In my opinion. Cloud offer far more than other providers. Including great online or phone support, included in the subscription. Their iPhone app for inspections is well set out and very user-friendly. “What a great tool. I can access it from everywhere, and perform every function I need to. I don't need an expensive IT set up. The support team have been excellent, very prompt and extremely knowledgeable.”

“Console Cloud's recent releases show they are listening to the feedback. The recent focus on workflow management improvements certainly delivers on improving productivity and transparency, which ultimately frees up time to do the the tasks PMs never get around to doing.”

“Highly recommend Console Cloud. When I opened my own property management agency I needed to know I would have a management software system that would not only include everything required in daily running but had a support system to ensure everything ran smoothly. I could not recommend the support system highly enough. From those difficult "out of the box" queries, to operator error and needing advice to best correct, the Console Cloud technicians are quick to reply, efficient, reliable and always able to assist. Definitely a big part in my agency's success.”

“We migrated from Gateway 12 months ago , we have been impressed by the product as it was and with the ever improving capabilities of Console Cloud. The Console Team are ever developing and improving it and are only too willing to listen to what we feel would work better . We have a Property Management team of 12 with a Portfolio of over 600 properties both Residential & Commercial , we run our Property Sales through Console Cloud as well and again the development in this area is coming on in leaps & bounds, we operate as one and Console Cloud allows us to do that even better. The processes are all so simple and in the event that there is an issue the Live Chat team are always just a click away to resolve, support and alleviate any concerns which we may have. Great Team Support and Program .. and because of the proactivity of the development team there is always something new and exciting to make our jobs easier. Getting Better Everyday !”

“Having used Console Gateway for many years, when we were looking at changing to a cloud base software it was important for us to ensure that any move was a major step forward and not just a change because it was popular. We looked at other providers and decided to hold off until we thought that Console Cloud had developed enough to meet our needs - when we finally made the move not only has it met our needs in reality it has exceeded our needs. The ease of use and time saving from the workflow automation has been a major game changer for us and even left our auditor in awe when we had our last surprise audit. I cannot recommend this product highly enough - it is easy to use and offers and amazing opportunity to change the way we work and it leases us excited to see future implementations or work flows which no doubt will allow us more time to focus on true property management.”

“I have been using Console for 20 years and I have seen so many changes over the time. I have to say that I love the cloud and the way it is going. I love the work flow process and even more now that I am using Console Maintenance Pro which has revolutionised my time and communication. I also look forward to testing the new Inspections app and I am sure that will be just as fabulous :-)”
