“First time I've used an eSim- I seen easySim reviewed in UK's Computeractive magazine. I found the process simple to use and top up in both Canada and America within the past two weeks.
No problems at all apart from the set up where I did something wrong. I was at Niagria but the help desk replied almost immediately from UK and screen shotted iphone settings I needed to change then I was up and running a couple of minutes later. Most surprised the coverage I had at sea out of New York- my own provider couldn't look at it! Recomended.”

“I’m not good with phones etc but I managed to activate my eSIM easily and found it excellent on our trip to the USA.
Checking my data balance was straightforward and clear, I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.”
“I found it quite difficult to actually set the SIM up.
Initially the SIM wasn’t working which was annoying , but using the ‘contact a human’ facility, ‘JIM’ was fantastic. He checked my set up via screenshots , luckily all of which were ok. It took a couple of days to sort it out mostly due to the time difference, and lack of wifi, but he was dogged and very patient. I appreciated having the same person to help rather than someone different each day.
I cannot fault the service Jim provided.

I have checked our support platform and I cannot see any requests from you which is confusing as you mention that you tried to contact us and are awaiting a response. I have also checked your eSIM and I can see you used data in the USA which is the data bundle your purchased. So, I can only assume you DID purchase the correct country. “Straightforward, and great value eSIM for roaming. Set-up a little more complex than advertised, needing to tweak iPhone settings for roaming and line selection. Also i've no idea how you can scan a QR code on your phone when you've procured i on your phone - you need to log into another device in order for your phone to scan the QR code. It's messy. at least they do provide easy to copy SIM numbers etc to 'manually install'.
Once overseas, it worked very well, i bought one eSIM for each member of our family to keep them connected.
Data consumption can only be viewed on the easySIM.global website, but this was easy to refresh and I got messages at 50% and 80% consumption.
Only other challenge was buying those other eSIMs - once in your account, there was no clear distinction for buying another eSIM. so you go to buy an eSIM, and it autopmatically added the new eSIM to my old one, rather than giving me a completely new eSIM to give to my wife/kids etc. This was quickly (24h) resolved by the wonderful support team, who commented that this happens all the time ! Therefore, it would be a helpful development to be clearly select whether the eSIM is for your own use, or for a GIFT. This would also address the QR issue above, as you can create gift sim on your phone, and your family member scans your phone screen with their phone.
Niggles aside, i'm completely happy with the easySim.global service and will use again!”
