Hi Nahla, thank you for your review. I have checked our support and I cannot see a support case from you. You can use imessage with easySim but your iPhone must have been trying to send imessage via your Primary SIM. If you had reached out to us, we could have resolved that in minutes.

“Network cover in all five Asian countries we visited was excellent. Actually setting up the esim was not so good. We left it until we arrived in Singapore. Needed a WiFi connection to install. We will Install at home before travelling next time for an easier life.”
“Really easy to download - when there was signal it was great however i found the 4g very patchy (in vietnam). My partner was paying a premium for data through his normal provider so that we could have data when we needed it as it was quite unreliable. He seemed to get data everywhere but easysim was limited to busy cities/towns.”
