“Absolutely appalling shipping. I ordered items on October 4, 2024 which were shipped from Burlington Ontario. I live 2.5 hours northeast of Burlington in Ontario. I finally received a notification that the package would be delivered October 11th (š³), but then, the package was sent to Montreal Quebec!! Why does a parcel have to go to another province?? I just received another notification that delivery is expected on October 16th!!”
“I live in a centrally located condo building where literally hundreds of packages are successfully delivered every week, from all sorts of companies. However, Eddie Bauer cannot seem to find the building. When my order failed to show up the first time, I telephoned the call centre and spent a painful 30 minutes explaining that the building exists, the address provided is not wrong, and that I still wanted the items. Sure, they said, no problem. Three weeks later, no order. The reason? They cannot find the building. Eddie Bauer, please get a grip and hire a competent delivery partner for southern Montreal. In the meantime, I will shop elsewhere.”
“In all of my customer service experiences we have never dealt with anything like our experience with Eddie Bauer. We placed an order early June for a birthday gift needed mid July .... after multiple follow up and different explanations from different agents, we finally spoke to an agent on July 2nd who acknowledged that the order was never going to ship, that we needed to cancel and place a new order which he would expedite. After 9 days, and multiple calls, that order too has not shipped. Follow up calls have netted the same results as the first order, different stories from different agents. One stated it was expedited and it would come by Friday, the next agent says no, it's not expedited. We asked for a Supervisor, the agent said they would call back in 10 minutes, after no call back, we called again and were told 24 hours for a supervisor call back. To make the entire situation worse, Veronica, the agent who took that call raised her voice, refused to listen to the our story then pretended she couldn't hear us and hung up the call. THIS IS THE WORST CX we have ever had in retail. I'm certain EB will not care about this statement, but they have lost a very loyal EB customer. Our only reason for leaving this review is our hope that it impacts someone's decision to buy from Eddie Bauer.”

“Worst Customer service ever. They sold me a duffle bag with lifetime warranty and when I took it back to get fixed they said we don't honor those warranties. Even told me it was still a current item and was up on the shelf. Told me to call customer service on my own. I called customer service. The guy in customer service talked to me but didn't like my question so he started saying sorry I can't hear you now thanks for calling and hung up. I was a long time customer but will never go back to Eddie Bauer. Sell under fraudulent practices.”

“Iāve just got my 3 Stanley cups. All of them have some damages. The black one has scratches all over, the pink one has some scratches too. The steel one has very noticeable dent and also some scratches too. My order was packed in too big box with and each cup was covered by bubble wrap but it wasnāt worked due to big space inside. I ordered a coat on January 13. I contacted the company on about February 7th because I thought that was more than enough time that I should have received at least an email stating that it had shipped. During the first chat with customer service they told me it would ship by February 9th. On February 13th I talked to customer service again via chat. They told me the item was out of stock. Selling things you don't have is fraud. They said it would ship by the 20th. I don't know how that's possible. I imagine I'll be disputing the charge to my credit card company.”
“What a sham! I had put a considerable amount of merchandise in my EB cart, expecting to get the 60% off sale being advertised on the site. I refreshed the page to make sure I wouldn't lose the work I had done, and when it updated, the sale had changed from 60% to 40% off. In mid order!!! We called to explain and get the 60% off that had been advertised just minutes before and were told 1) there was nothing that could be done about it and 2) at our request, a manager would get in touch with us in 24-48 hours. It's been over a week and we haven't heard back. I consider this false advertising and the very worst of customer service.”

“I have never dealt with suck. Poor online ordering platform in my life, the account can't properly keep your country preference long enough to perform an order, I made an order, they sent it back without communicating, then wouldn't resend the order. Finally when they said they would resend it, they didn't.
If it wasn't such a nice product I would have ridden off the entire company. I simply can't waste any more of my time dealing with such a horribly designed online process. Such a shame”

“I placed an order during Black Friday sales. The order sat in limbo and then when I got tracking the item never came. Showed as being returned which I never initiated. Also, didnāt get the money. So I emailed a couple times, no answer, did live chat⦠crickets. Called them up today; the first guy told me he would issue a return for the order and I would have to reorder. So he put me through to sales and said heād take money off and match the price I paid. Sales lady takes my call and they reviewed my previous order she took my info to pay, said there would be $35 charge for express but she could remove it afterwards, and Iāll get my order by Friday. Well the order came through and I was charged for the shipping AND she ordered the wrong size. So I called again. The next guy tells me he canāt adjust my order from 1 hour ago, my option is to cancel it and reorder AGAIN and be out more money for awhile or I can wait till it gets here and exchange it in store. Yeah that sounds like a great idea, āMerry Christmas, now go exchange your giftā so I opted to cancel, he said I would receive an email in a few hours. I didnāt. So I called again. They tell me itās not cancelled yet, and the money could take 5-7 business days to come back to me. Awesome, Iām now out a lot of money.. also he tells me I wasnāt likely to get it before Christmas anyway!!! They lied to me. The last one was honest mind you. He stated he credited me back the money for that order, and sent an email confirmation but Iāll believe when I see it. NEVER ordering from them again. I wasted so much time dealing with them today and I have nothing to show for it other than waiting for money to return to me. Oh I didnāt get credited the whole amount I paid when I checked my email he sent stating what they were credited, they shorted me approx $70. do not order from Eddie Bauer online, with all the reviews I'm worried I'll never get my money back and I have nothing but a headache to show for it.”

If I could give negative stars I would. WORST Customer service, shipping, tracking number that is INVALID over a week after ORDERING the item.
DO NOT ORDER from them on their web site. I should've stuck with Amazon.
