Fortunately everything lined up exactly the same and I had ordered and replaced the brackets of our older unit to test the older unit.
I do believe the unit that we received might have been a return by the way the tie was wrapped around the wire cord, and the brackets and Allen wrench were miss placed that's the reason of the 4 star.”
“I LOVE my Envi pure! I have dogs that love to get dirty. The pure has made my home smell soooo much better and feel cleaner. My son has terrible seasonal allergies as well. Since we've had it his symtoms while inside have reduced dramatically.
I really like to filter life feature. I use to have another brand a few years back and was never really sure when I was suppose to change the filter. I didn't like throwing it away too soon but also wanted to know it was still working. The filter life feature takes that guessing game away.
I will definetly be buying another one for the other side of my house soon.”

“I have a 1940 home with a finished attic that has very inconsistent temperatures through the winter, even though it is fully insulated. We do have a ductless heat pump head in that room, but do not like the heat it puts off, it's way too dry. After using various space heaters, I installed the 1000 watt version which took me about 10 minutes, then plugged it in and the following nights have VOILA! had a stable temp of around 68° with the setting dial on the 2-3 notch marker. Overall, after living in this house over 20 years, we are now having the most stable day and nighttime temperatures we've ever had. It's usually around 68 or 69° and not noticeable, which is the point. While the heater has no fan, it does make a click noise when the thermostat turns on and off, and it also makes a metal kind of bending thump sound, which I assume is the structure inside cooling and heating. They are very minimal and do not wake either of us up, but it's noticeable when we're just hanging around.”
