“I have 3 eheat heaters and they all work great. My house is a large bungalow with heated floors but I also have areas with hard wood floors where the floors aren't heated. The eheat heaters are perfect for those areas. Recently one of my heaters which was approximately +/- 15 years old stopped working. I ordered a new one and it came within 2 weeks and I installed it with absolutely no problem. It was up and working in 10 minutes. I think eheat heaters are a wonderful product.
especially in my rooms that have hard wood floorinI have the eheat heaters in the rooms with hard wood flooring”
“The unit works very well. The advertisement about easy excess cord compartment storage is very misleading- it’s not explained in the owners manual at all how to do it. Also poorly explained is using The scheduling app- it only allows for when to have start times but has nothing about ending times- the unit was set up to start at 6 am every morning but it just stays on 24/7”
“Our new heaters were just installed yesterday and already we can feel the difference in the rooms they were installed in. One of them is our bedroom and it's now cozy, quiet and just amazing. It even 'looks' nice on the wall compared to other heaters. Thanks for inventing such an incredible heater as heat when its cold is very comforting.”
“I use Eheat heaters in my otherwise I heated garage to keep a minimum 50 F temperature in the winter. They are very reliable & keep steady heat so that nothing freezes & I can spend time on projects there.”
“Sleek design. Disappointed that geo fencing and set schedules don't work together. Haven't quite figured out the auto modes yet. I have the night set to auto and it's on all the time. Other than that, heats well and looks nice.”
“Excellent source of heating for any space. We use these primarily to meet underwriter financing requirements for federally-backed mortgages in the real estate industry. The "Envi 120v Plug-in Electric Panel Wall Heater - 500 Watts - 3rd Gen (LE5012P)" is simple to install and use. Our intended use doesn't require smart features. We'll be ordering many more!”
“eheat Inc. may be the best company to deal with. I have never had to call to help understand how to hook the heater up or call about missing parts, nor late delivery. It is exactly what a business should be.”
“This is my third heater. I won a heater for a St. Patrick's Day event that you did, years ago. I purchased one for my daughters room about 2 years ago and the heater that I won finally gave out, so I purchased one for our bedroom. They are the perfect room heaters, quiet out of the way and very efficiant.”
“I'm glad you ask. The heater I bought last week to replace the one I bought 11 years ago displayed some nice visual updates. I unpacked it to begin heating my boat but discovered your packer/inspector failed to include the mounting hardware. And believe me, I searched the the packaging for it diligently. Luckily I was able to find the old ones in my rubbish bin that was useable. The woman I contacted was very helpful and promised new ones were on the way immediately which I hope is true.
Looking fwd to staying warm now and in the future.

“I am actually somewhat disappointed in the product. It is sold as capable of heating a room up to 135 sf or so and, as a resuilt, I expected that my mud room that is 6' x 10' would be kept warm. Instead, I find that even with the temp set at 74 F, it takes the chill out but really doesn't keep it warm and toasty. In retrospect, the larger 1000 W heater would presumably have done a better job but, based on my experience with the 500 W unit, I wouldn't at this point give it a try.”
“We ordered 3 Smart heaters in both 500W and 10,000 configuration and have found them to be easy to install and use, however, there is one circumstance that gives us some grave concerns. We are taken aback by how hot the walls get directly above the hot air outlets. I understand that paper doesn't combust until it reaches approximately 450 degrees, but the temperatures of the drywall directly above the heating outlets is a concern, and so much so that I purchased self-adhesive thermal barrier material to provide protection to 2500 degrees above each of the units. They were making the drywall so hot that those areas were beginning to ripple somewhat from the heat. EHeat can say whatever they like about how safe it is but when you feel how hot the walls are it definitely makes you stop and take notice. It's better to be safe than sorry.”
“I bought this wall heater for my very chilly kitchen. The sleek design in unobtrusive. It's CLEAN and SILENT and EFFICIENT! I was considering a mini split but this is a much more cost-effective solution.”
“We bought the unit for 350 square feet. Our family room is 295 square feet. We have been using it for over a week trying to get the temperature up to 70 degrees. Most of the time it can't get the room above 66 degrees. We are going to buy a real gas furnace and use this in the garage workshop. Kind of disappointing.”
“I love the heaters, I have installed quite a few on various remodeling projects over the years. However, the warranty process is horrible. I would gladly give 5 stars on the purchase expierence, as well as the quality of the heaters I've had expioerence with, but the warranty process drives the rating WAAAAAYYYYY down.”
