“This was my 4th purchase of an Envi heater over a period of 8 years. I have been incredibly pleased with the way Envi does business: the quality of their products, the support provided by their employees, and the ease of installation. I wish all businesses operated as they do and put as much quality into their products. My only complaint is their decision to start producing heaters that operate via an "app."

“The heaters are easy to install, the manual is confusing regarding the app and the manuel operation. I had hoped for more heat to be generated in the rooms we placed them. The app could be more user friendly when attempting to create simple schedules like "Home" "Away" "Sleep"”
“I absolutely loved these and have 3 installed already. 2/500 and 1/1000. The only issue is that my electric bill has skyrocketed now. Yes,it was very cold in Colorado in January, the increase has me concerned. I have the 4th,but now decding to install or not. My electric bill was 300+ from last month. 🤷‍♂️”
“replaced original e-heater (500w) with newer model (500w) smart heater because of newer design , which slants the output vents toward the room because it is below a windowsill.
also works with alexa. i am very happy that i just tell alexa to turn on '' bathroom" and the room is warm when i take a shower.

“IMO there should be an angled louver on top to direct the heat away from going straight up the wall. The small plastic directional grate on top does not do a good job with this.
Other than that it works very good for my purpose, I am actually thinking of get another one.”
“Honestly, customer service was less than helpful.
I'm a high-volume builder in Boston, and after a heater recently died before my clients even moved in, I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement shipped out. They said I need to remove and send back the unit for repairs before a new one could be shipped. I ended up having to spend money to purchase a new unit and rush-ship it, as this item could hold up the closing, putting millions at risk.
The unwillingness to work with me in this predicament or even help me place a new order made me never want to use this brand again.
There’s a lot of competition in building products, in short.
Do better.

“Saw this heater online. We liked the wall mount feature. We installed it in our small bedroom (10x10). Super easy installation. Love the template it came with. Turned it on and works flawlessly. Super efficient. Nice, attractive design. We keep it on low and the bedroom is very comfortable. Fast shipping and good customer service. May buy another one for the other small bedroom .”
“Although I have not installed or used the heater I ordered yet, I want to commend eHeat for their excellent customer service. First, I ordered the heater without noticing it had to be hung relatively close to the floor. I got up at 6 a.m. Pacific time to quickly cancel the order the second they opened. Then a handyman said he could make the heater work after all. I called back and canceled the cancellation in the nick of time, due to fast work by an eHeat representative. Some time elapsed and who knew if it would come since I probably confused everyone. It arrived safe and sound yesterday. :)”
“The order and delivery were fine and the heater works fine but I put it in a 10x12’ bathroom and it doesn’t warm it up as good as I was hoping. I bought the 500 instead of the 1000 watt because it says the 500 heats 300-350 sq ft. Kind of wish I’d of gone with the 1000 watt now.”
“I wasn't sure how these units would work out but we LOVE them. We used to use those rolling box electric heaters but they draw so much power and make so much noise! We have this smaller Envi and two of the larger units and they are amazing! Super quiet, energy efficient and make our rooms so cozy! Highly recommend!”
“This is the first time we purchased eHeat and we are excited that this may be the solution to optimize our energy efficiency. We purchased a plug-in eHeat heater for our cottage office in hopes to reduce the need for our space heater. We also purchased a hard-wired eHeat heater for our new bathroom. We are seriously considering replacing our other bathroom's wall heater since we noticed after 12 years there appears to be some debris coming from the coils. We hope replacing it with an eHeat, it will eliminate that.”
